Is it? Is it not?

Have you ever sat across the table and wondered why you are siting across that person. I mean what exactly you are doing. Its a very common thing for me. I mean aren’t we constantly trying to read signs, see how the person opposite feels and then judging. I mean doesn’t it sometimes just sorta kill the fun.

So I had been for sometime experiencing that. i mean every time I met someone new I was thinking about what impression I was making or what that person was thinking, thinking about why that person was thinking what he was thinking.. I mean there was a lot of thinking about the thinking of what others were thinking.  See what I mean.

So like once when I thought too much, I regretted it. And then I decided that I will just be myself and have a good time. Isn’t that what meeting new people making new friends is about. I mean you have to be liked for yourself. (Aaaah I sound soo chick flick.. and i am being cliched and all)

So anyway, all said and done. I had a bloody good time. I had fun, I think it moved from being acquaintances to being friend and most of all I was extremely comfortable.

And just for the sake of my blog not turning into a teen personal diary, here are some not so thought out lines.

Its no more wham bham or thank you ma’am thoughts,

some smiles, a few jokes and a hearty laugh.

Just conversations that entertain

and thoughts unattached.

She sat through a chatter,

and felt much less bound.

Breaking some codes

and yet rooted to the ground.

She knew it was time, it had finally…

for being herself again

for her had just begun.
